THREE Gold Coast mansions have been taken over and transformed into a major film production set.
Trucks and cars have flooded Monaco St in Broadbeach Waters this week.
Signs at the three houses read: “Caution. Filming in progress.”
At one property is a “COVID check-in”, where a person is understood to be taking temperatures before entering.
The filming is not believed to be Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis biopic as cast members last week revealed it would resume shooting in October after having to be shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Insiders say the production may be Network 10’s The Bachelorette.
“The main (house) looks like a proper Bachie mansion,” one insider said. “I saw the gates open yesterday.
“If you drive along Monaco Street, near PCYC, you will see all the set up out the front. It’s impossible to miss.”
The reality TV dating series is typically shot in Sydney but may have been redirected to the Gold Coast due to Queensland having less restrictions around COVID-19.
Network 10 has been contacted for comment.
