A NEW tower is planned for a site just a short walk from the iconic Q1 tower.
Developer Spectra 1 has filed a development application to build an 11-storey mid-rise building.
Planned for an 809 sqm site on Vista Street, the tower will replace a two-storey unit building and will reach a height of 37.8m.
