The 37-year-old transgender star, who lives in London, has had more than 100 cosmetic procedures costing roughly $1 million since she was 17 years old.

Jessica revealed that since transitioning to a woman at the start of last the year, she has never felt better, adding that inside she’s “always felt like Barbie”.

During her interview on British TV program, This Morning, the former Big Brother star told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield she looks at her new “self-lubricating” vagina “all the time”.

The procedure took place at Kamol Cosmetic Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand, where she is currently staying.

“The aesthetics of my vagina is exactly the same as a biological vagina. I look at it all the time,” she said.

“In three months’ time it’s going to behave in the same way as a biological vagina; it’s elastic and it self-lubricates as well.”

Jessica spent $24,000 on the surgery called Penile-Peritoneal Vaginoplasty, where her abdominal, peritoneal, lining was used to create her vagina.

Jessica, who was born Rodrigo Alves in Brazil, almost became emotional during the interview telling the hosts she promised herself she wasn’t going to cry.

“My life will start now. I’m going to continue doing television shows,” she said.

“I’ve done more than 400 television shows as a man and will continue as a woman.”

Jessica said only now, at the age of 37, she feels like she has been born again, adding that her “new vagina” will give her the confidence to date and be intimate with someone.

But, despite having spent more than $1 million on cosmetic procedures, Jessica said she is still not finished and wants to undergo two more procedures.

“I’m not happy with my breasts, I have to change my implants and a few other things. There’s one thing I want to say, being a woman feels amazing.”

Jessica started hormones therapy in September 2019 before starting to transition in January 2020.

She was formerly known as the ‘Human Ken Doll’ but deep down she was “unhappy”.

In a recent Instagram post, Jessica said it has been one year and three month since she “chose to be herself and happy”.

“I chose freedom, happiness, honesty with myself and now in 2021 I couldn’t be any happier.”
