Social media sensation Hannah Polites has announced the arrival of her second child by sharing a beautiful picture of her holding the new bub taken right after birth.

SOCIAL media sensation Hannah Polites has given birth to her second child.

Mrs Polities, 28, and husband Grant Small welcomed a baby boy into their family yesterday.

She made the announcement to her 1.3 million Instagram followers by sharing a photo of her holding the new bub early this morning.

“We’ve been waiting to hold you, touch your soft skin, look you in the eyes and see your sweet angel face,” she captioned the photo.

“We are in absolute heaven with our little boy.

“Welcome to the family sweet baby.”

The baby will be a brother to Mrs Polites’ two-year-old daughter Evaliah.

Fans were anticipating the birth after she shared a photo on Instagram on Sunday, revealing she had gone into labour.

“We’ve officially left the house for the last time as parents of one and we will soon be a family of (four),” the photo was captioned.

Since the post has been online, dozens of influencers and social media stars, including Tammy Hembrow, have congratulated her and her partner.
