Celebrity parents, egg donation and overthinking things

Natalie Hart was diagnosed with premature menopause at 41, and needed an egg donor in order to have a family. Now she’s written a children’s book to help explain it to her son and other egg donor children. We’re also joined by our regular contributor Lauren Patterson on why overthinking things is such a waste of time. So many of us are guilty of that!
