For many years, Khloe Kardashian has been making headlines for her ever-changing look. Unsolicited comments about her weight and dramatic changes to her facial features. 

Sometimes they've gone untouched, while other times the reality starlet has felt the need to defend herself. But never has the 41-year-old mum-of-two confirmed exactly WHAT she has had done, blow-by-blow. Until now.

Khloe's dramatic new look has tongues wagging

UK-based doctor, Jonathan Betteridge, who specialises in "natural" facial aesthetics, took to social media recently to weigh in on all the speculation around Khloe's dramatic new look. 

"Khloe has changed a lot over the past few years. While she’s spoken about her weight loss and fitness routine, it seems likely that her transformation also includes several cosmetic procedures," he captioned his video.

He then listed all the treatments he believed she has had done over the years, including a temporal brow lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, lip filler, chin lift and a neck and face lift. 

All speculative, of course, which he wanted to make very clear. 

But he didn't need to, because the star herself hit the comments section to confirm exactly what she's done to stop any further speculation.

Khloe confirms what she's had done

"I take this as a great compliment! First off, I think these photos are about 15 years apart, but here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go..." she commented.

And she's not done...

With her comment receiving almost 3000 likes, Khloe went on to confirm that she isn't going to stop there, either.

"In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery, but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors," she added cheekily. 

Many fans came to cheer Khloe on for her honesty. 

"She looks amazing," someone added.

"First class surgery. She looks amazing but also a different woman entirely," echoed another.

But for some, the change is a little too much. 

"Khloe looks beautiful, and it’s clear she worked with great surgeons, but the transformation is so drastic she’s nearly unrecognisable from her former self. I support cosmetic procedures when they help people feel more confident, but when someone changes their face to the point that it no longer resembles who they were, it starts to feel more psychological than aesthetic," one fan said. 

"Imagine being just 41, having THIS much work done and the end result is just to look like everyone else getting so much work done… damn," another added.
