Tammy Hembrow flaunts booty in racy Instagram snaps

Tammy Hembrow has posed for several snaps in her signature, skin-tight workout gear – leaving fans in awe of her impressive physique.

Tammy Hembrow isn’t shy when it comes to flaunting her booty.

The Aussie fitness star is proud of her toned rear, often reminding her 13.1 million Instagram followers that it is “gym built”.

And the 27-year-old Gold Coast mum was at it again, this time wearing a pair of nude bike shorts that left little to the imagination.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, the mother-of-two posed in several different angles to show off her training progress.

She glanced over her left shoulder several times, looking at the camera while adjusting the shorts around her waist.

It was to promote her Tammy Hembrow Fitness app’s 6-Week ‘booty program’ which she has been doing a lot of lately.

In fact, one snap she shared on Wednesday left fans with their jaws wide open.

It was of the social media star sitting on her feet with her back to the camera as she posed in a G-string leotard – with her booty on full display.

“GYM BUILT,” she captioned the racy snap.

“The 6-week booty building challenge starts in just TWO WEEKS!! Guys you DO NOT want to miss this challenge. This is the epitome of how I train to get the best booty building results possible,” she wrote.

The post, which has been ‘liked’ more than 298,000 times was flooded with comments from followers leaving love heart and fire emojis and branding her booty as “goals”.

“Best ‘booty’ on the planet,” one fan wrote.

“Omg omg omg. You are freaking amazing,” said another.

In a post from July this year, Tammy shared a ‘before and after’ photo where she explained she transformed her figure by eating “in abundance” and lifting weights.

“In these photos, on the left I was working out a little, I was restricting my calories HUGELY, lots of cardio, I wasn‘t being healthy, I didn’t really know what I was doing,” Tammy said of the first photo, which showed her at the beach in a bikini.

“To the right which was today, I train consistently and effectively, I do mostly weights. I eat SOOO MUCH beautiful healthy food in abundance (while still having treats/indulging when I want).”

Tammy said the transformation, which also came after she had her two children Wolf and Saskia, had taken years of “consistent hard work” that had been very rewarding.

“The place I am in now not just physically but mentally is just incredible. I went from being lost to being completely in love with life!” she wrote.

Tammy’s post was praised by her fans for undergoing such a physical transformation without cosmetic help.

“Love that you did this naturally with hard work while being a beautiful role model for your babies,” one person wrote.

“Looking so amazing and healthy! Congrats on your hard work it’s paid off,” another commented.
