The “most beautiful girl in the world” has turned heads at Paris Fashion Week — but not for the reason she may have intended.

Thylane Blondeau, who rose to fame at just six-years-old when pictures of her went viral, stepped out at the Miu Miu show wearing the exact same outfit as another guest on Tuesday.

The French model opted to wear a pair of brown low-slung pants that flashed her green undies with a matching scarf top.

She finished her look with a slick bun, natural make-up, and a small black clutch.

Blondeau also attended an intimate dinner with the Italian fashion house, who she has worked with since 2017, she shared on her Instagram Stories.

Fans were quick to praise the 22-year-old’s striking outfit, labelling it “stunning” and “unreal” on social media.

But Blondeau wasn’t the only person in from the luxury Italian fashion brand, with German model Caroline Caro Daur sporting an identical outfit, even down to the statement underwear.

Photos taken from the exclusive event show the models both appeared to be unfazed by the outfit mishap, posing for waiting cameras outside the fall/winter 2024-2025 Miu Miu show in the French capital.

It appears bold underwear was the theme of the Miu Miu show with Sydney Sweeney also turning heads in a pair of under garments worn over a pair of stockings.

The Euphoria star, 26, was snapped sporting a pair of sparkly silver Miu Miu panties worth close to $9000 with sheer black tights.

Her tiny bottoms were trimmed with silver tinsel ruffles, and Sweeney layered them atop a pair of satin briefs bearing the brand’s tag in front.

Her appearance comes after Blondeau was spotted at the Zimmermann show earlier in the week, wearing a black lace number from the luxury Australian brand.

The floor-length number also featured ruffles, with Blondeau finishing her outfit with a pair of black strappy heels.

Blondeau is clearly a fan of Paris Fashion Week as she was also seen at the Nina Ricci Show with her brunette locks styled in a faux bob on Monday.

Most beautiful girl’s health struggles

Thylane revealed in late 2021 that she has had multiple surgeries for complications with ovarian cysts.

She shared her health problems on Instagram with photos from her hospital bed, explaining that she had surgery after an ovarian cyst “exploded in her stomach” in 2022.

“This year I saw three different gynaecologists, I’ve seen more than four radiology centres in Paris and all of them said the same thing, ‘Don’t worry, you have nothing, it’s all in your head,’” she wrote at the time.

However, the pain continued and eventually she was sent for an MRI. It showed a cyst measuring more than 5cm touching her ovary – and doctors rushed her back into theatre for another emergency operation.

“Today I’m finally feeling better, I’m finally feeling free,” she added.

“I really thought I was crazy for complaining about my stomach for so long. Happy that I never gave up.”

She advised her followers that it’s important to listen to your body.

“From this experience I’ve learned that when your body hurts, don’t let it slide and take care of it, you must see different doctors until some of them find the problem and heals it. Any pain even the little ones can hide something way more important.”

Early foray into world of modelling

The daughter of footballer Patrick Blondeau and actress Veronika Loubry, Thylane earned the title of the “most beautiful girl” when she was just six years old.

She went on to pose for French Vogue aged just 10 and landed her first magazine cover at 13.

In recent years, she’s taken the catwalk world by storm, making her adult runway debut in February 2017 for Dolce & Gabbana at Milan Fashion Week, where she was invited back for their September show seven months later.

She became the face of L’Oreal Paris in the same year and has also modelled for Chanel, Ralph Lauren and Lacoste.

The year following her debut, in 2018, she was placed at number one in the independent Critics List of the 100 Most Beautiful Faces.

She is represented by IMG agency, alongside sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid, as well as Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia Gerber.

Thylane is currently holidaying in France’s Saint Tropez with her boyfriend Ben Attal, who she has been dating for two years.

She has 7.3 million followers on Instagram, and runs a clothing line called No Smile.
