A HOUSE which was renovated on a reality TV show is set to sell for almost double the price it was purchased for.
Gold Coast couple Aaron and Daniella Winter, who were winners of the 2017 season of House Rules, are putting their beloved family home on the market next week for $1.325 million.
They purchased the Broadbeach Waters three bedroom “dated” house with a green kitchen and pink bathroom three years ago for about $700,000.
LIFE AFTER HOUSE RULES FOR GOLD COAST COUPLE AARON AND DANIELLA WINTER
It took the couple and a crew of builders from the show two weeks to completely flip the inside and outside of the house — bumping it up to four bedrooms and front and back outdoor entertainment areas.
“I bought the house without her knowing when she was just two weeks away from having our second bub,” Mr Winter said.
“Three months after purchasing it we got the call to be on House Rules.”

The couple have two boys together — Jaxon, 5, and Brooklyn, 3.
Mrs Winter said she feels like whoever purchases the home will be an “emotional buyer”.
“The house is really fun. It’s built for entertaining and kids.
“I can be in the kitchen or living (room) and I can see the kids constantly. I guess that’s why we renovated the house that way. It’s the perfect family home.”
HOUSE RULES WINNER’S HOUSEFLIP EARNS THEM $600,000
Mr and Mrs Winter say they will be sad leaving behind the property as they have “so many memories” but plan on moving into a new home in the same suburb which they plan to flip and sell.
This isn’t the first time they have sold and flipped a Broadbeach Waters property.
In May 2018 they purchased a two-storey home for $1.015 million, selling it for $1.662 million seven months later.
Since winning the show, the couple have teamed up with Pillowtalk who help them decorate home they have flipped.
