A GLITTER strip bar restaurant’s promotion to open its 500-capacity venue for just 10 lucky winners of an online competition has gone viral with patrons clamouring to have it to themselves.

Surfers Paradise hotspot White Rhino Bar and Eats launched the competition on Monday aimed at relaunching plans to reopen from Thursdays to Sundays with a bang.

The draw for the sole table of 10 and cocktails on arrival on Saturday coincides with a live streamed house party it is planning with its live 42 Band on the premises.

White Rhino spokesman Matt Keegan said the promotion was intended as a way of signalling it would reopen for Thursday-Sundays for 10 at a time.

“The group who wins will have the venue from 7pm to themselves and can stick around and party. It’s going to be a celebration of the official relaunch and reopening.

“It’s been an amazing response – to have 2500 so far shows how excited people are to come back and party and it’s an even stronger indication of how excited people are to come back to White Rhino.”
