Liz Hurley has denied she is the mystery “beautiful older woman” Prince Harry reportedly lost his virginity to.

The actress was asked about the rumours during an interview with the Saturday Times Magazine.

According to The Times, one of “the most extraordinary disclosures in Prince Harry’s forthcoming memoir, Spare, is that as a teenager he lost his virginity to a beautiful older woman in the countryside”.

When asked during the interview about rumours she was the mystery woman, Hurley, who sold her Costwolds property last year for $16 million, replied: “Not me. Not guilty. Ha!”

Hurley also spoke of her grief over the death of Aussie cricket legend Shane Warne, saying he had still been central to her son’s life even they were no longer a couple.

Damien Hurley’s father, billionaire Steve Bing, died suddenly in 2020, having never met his son.

Hurley was famously with actor Hugh Grant for 13 years and was married to businessman Arun Nayar for four years before their divorce.

“Of the four great lives of my life two are dead — I always say to the other two, you’d better watch your backs,” Hurley told The Times.

“But yes, it was very hard and it is still very hard. Losing Shane was terrible. It’s taken a long time to sink in.

“I honestly kept thinking he’d call and it would turn out to be some big Aussie joke.”

Prince Harry’s 416-page autobiography, Spare, will be released on January 10, with senior royals said to be bracing themselves for the publication.

The memoir has been described as “intimate and heartfelt” and written with “raw, unflinching honesty”.

The book’s release was delayed out of respect to the late Queen — with Prince Harry including a note acknowledging it was written before her death.
