Presented by One World Entertainment, the touring company helmed by veteran promoter and TSS old boy Andrew McManus, now based in Byron Bay, Under the Southern Stars has stepped up to fill the hole left on the local summer music calendar following the demise of the Big Day Out and Summafieldayze.
Mr McManus said the summer months were an ideal time to bring acts to the Gold Coast market.
“That is why we launched Under The Southern Stars,” he said.
“We hope to attract not only Gold Coast audiences but audiences from Brisbane, Logan, the Scenic Rim and the southern Gold Coast and northern NSW areas.”
