Gold Coast films: Star-studded line up confirmed for Sanctuary Film Festival
Two of Australia’s biggest film stars will be headed to the Gold Coast for the annual Sanctuary Film Festival.

A RECORD number of films will be shown at one of the Gold Coast biggest film festivals next month.
The Sanctuary Film Festival is back for another year — and showing more than 200 local and international feature and short films from a range of genres.
Sanctuary Film Festival founder Mike Goldman said: “With entries now from all over the world, this year’s festival has grown to an all-time high.

“What better place to host it than at the premier Sanctuary Cove precinct, neighbour to some of the biggest film productions in the world.”
Along with a record number of entries, the event is confirmed to be star-studded too.
Australian actors Tammin Sursok – best known for her role in American TV series Pretty Little Liars – and Dan Ewing, who recently wrapped up filming in major Hollywood film Monster Problems on the Gold Coast, will be there meeting and greeting film buffs.

Indigenous Australian writer, actor and director Wayne Blair will also be at the event.
The annual film festival, supported by Screen Queensland, was created to show off independent filmmakers and celebrates and supports local and international features and films.
The Sanctuary Film Festival is held from November 21 to 24.
