A FAMOUS Coast cabaret show is ready to unmask, hit the stage and scare away coronavirus voodoo in style.
Dracula’s will relaunch Muertos, a Latin-themed Day of the Dead stage show, tonight.
But first, cast members and deputy mayor Donna Gates will pull down a giant face mask that has adorned a skull on the outside of their renowned castle for the last 17 weeks.
Operations manager Luke Newman said the 3.5 sqm blue mask did a great job of killing doom, gloom and germs during their forced closure and now sales had skyrocketed.
“We are nearly sold out for the month of July,” he said.
“It’s overwhelming and exciting that everyone wants to come back to Drac’s.
“Our show is about resurrection and rebirth and it’s a perfect vibe for coming out of the COVID restrictions.
“There is a great atmosphere internally and we are very excited to get back into it.”

Performers Bray and Miss Skopalova said after non-stop rehearsals they were keen to see people back in the theatre.
“The show is bigger, better and will blow your mind.”
The show, known for ghouls and adult humour, is running at 50 per cent capacity on Friday and Saturdays, and Thursdays will be added from July 23.
