“The medicine basically sedated me and it seemed to work until I woke up this morning with the same amount of pain,” wrote Chatfield, who recently hosted the BINGE dating series FBoy Island Australia.

“Day three of migraine. P.S. Feet in hot water didn’t do anything lmao, but worth a try for anyone with a less severe migraine!”

Her recent health ordeal comes just two months after Chatfield checked herself into a health retreat in Thailand after feeling “depleted”.

During her stay, the former reality TV star realised she had a “genuine addiction to work” and she needed to reassess or she would completely burn out.

“I’ve been absolutely depleted and burnt out by the start of this year for a number of reasons,” she revealed at the time on her podcast It’s A Lot.

“But I’ve been here for about five days and I think I’ve realised that my priorities need to shift a bit, to be honest, I’ve taken on so many jobs and so many roles.”

Cutting back on her work commitments, Chatfield quit her radio showHot Nights with Abbie Chatfield in mid-August.

“I’m really happy with my decision and super proud of myself for letting this role go,” she wrote in a statement shared on Instagram.

“I simply need to put my energy into projects that bring me joy and that energise me, rather than draining me.”

She said she was looking forward to spending more time with friends and family, as well as focusing on her host of opportunities elsewhere.

“It’s also time to give someone else a go who would enjoy and appreciate the opportunity more than myself. I have so much on, and daily radio takes up so much time. I simply wasn’t enjoying myself day to day in that environment,” she added.

“This was my decision entirely, and I’m so glad I made it.”
