Brooklyn Beckham has revealed he knew Nicola Peltz was “the one” not long after the couple started dating in a rare joint interview with his wife.

In a touching confession, the 26-year-old told Glamour he wanted to pop the question after just three months of dating but Covid got in the way: “I knew after three months that I wanted to marry her.
“But because of Covid, I wanted to wait until our families could be there.”
But Covid wasn’t the only thing that caused Beckham’s proposal plans to veer off course: “A few hours before, I had a golf cart accident and needed stitches in my hand,” he tells Glamour Germany.
“My thumb was completely bandaged – I couldn’t even open the wine!”
The chef and photographer goes on to reveal the moment he first saw Peltz.
“When I first saw Nicola at Coachella, I was immediately captivated – by her beauty, her warmth, her charisma,” he said.
But the chef and photographer — who is the eldest child of ex-Spice Girl-turned-fashion-designer Victoria and soccer legend David — fails to mention his parents by name.
The omission points to the deep fissure that has divided the Beckham clan and comes as a new claim, that the Peltz Beckhams have engaged Prince Harry’s lawyers to solve the bitter dispute, surfaces.
Rumours of the rift between the young couple and Beckham’s famous parents first made headlines when they snubbed the 50th birthday celebrations for David earlier this year.
But more recent revelations have been made by guests at the couple’s wedding who claim Victoria stole Peltz’s first dance with her husband, forcing the stunning bride to run from the room in tears.
It was not long after that Beckham began to publicly distance himself from his family, posting less and less about them online.
Instead, the budding photographer took to socials to espouse his love for his wife and make it clear he was, and would remain, fiercely loyal to her, describing the Lola star thus: “My whole world. I will love you forever. I always choose you baby.”
Over the weekend, Beckham — who did not post well wishes to his father for his 50th — took to social media to post congratulations to his wife’s brother Will Peltz on his 39th birthday.
Posting a photo of them on a night out, Beckham wrote: “Happy birthday Will Peltz, love you buddy,” to which Will replied: “Ayee love you bro.”
The post was made on the same day his dad’s chat show Beckham & Friends aired its final show.
In the Glamour interview, Peltz talks about her parents revealing they taught her to “always tell the truth”.
