THE record rate for home sites at the Sanctuary Cove resort has been smashed, with a riverfront holding selling for $3133 a square metre.
That’s a jump from the $2089 a Chinese company paid in 2015 with an $8.4 million deal on 4021sq m in Edgecliff Close.
The new figure’s been set by Peter and Christine Taylor’s sale of a 1548sq m title adjoining their home in Bayside Close, a title once resting with Edwin Yu, owner of The Glades golf course.
