A REVVED-UP business that sells MG, Haval and GMW vehicles is heading to a new base in a Southport precinct that is home to multiple major car dealerships.
The Pickering Luxury Garage is leasing four of the five buildings on a 1 Bailey Cres site that fronts Nerang Rd.
The business, headed by Maurie Pickering and Peter Lynton, plans to move from its home for the past six years, fronting Southport’s Ferry Rd, on November 1.
It has taken a five-year lease, with a five-year option, at an undisclosed rate on space totalling 2444sq m at the Bailey Cres site.
