CHARTER Pacific, a once-listed Gold Coast company that’s a minnow with technology aspirations, has indicated that it’s prodding a rather large North American bear.

The end result of Avid’s deliberations appears to have resulted in a decision not to pursue what is known as the KFC site and which overlooks the Broadwater.
