According to plans filed with the council it will be a mid-rise building which will have six single-level and 12-dual level luxury units.
“The design of the tower reflects the existing and emerging mid to high-rise residential development at northern end of Broadbeach and provides areas for landscaping
throughout the ground plane and atop the tower, despite the relatively small site area,” a planning report on the project said.

The largest of the units will be the two four-bedroom penthouses which will take on the top levels.
It is not the first tower proposed for the site.
In 2017 the council approved a 28-unit, nine-storey tower on the land which was never built.
