1.    Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.    Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied be a responsible adult.

3.    The period for entry into the promotion commences at 9.00am December 4 and closes 5.00pm December 13, 2013.

4.    To enter, go to www.newslocal.com.au and select the West region page and click on the competitions tab. Select the Atura Competition from the list, complete the entry form at the base of the story with your 25 words or less, on why you would like to spend a night at the Atura Hotel, Prospect and follow the prompts to submit your entry.  Limit one entry per person only.

5.    This competition will run in the Blacktown Advocate and on their website at newslocal.com.au

6.    Prizes: 2 x accommodation packages which include:

7.    The competition will be judged on Monday December 16, 2013.

8.    This is a promotion based on skill, with all entries being judged on creativity. Winners will be notified by phone. The judge’s decision is final.

9.    Winners will be announced on the competition page at www.newslocal.com.au on December 17, 2013.

10.    The competition will be judged at NewsLocal a division of News Limited at 2 Holt Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.

11.    The total prize pool for this promotion is maximum $ 550 AUD only.

12.    Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner.

13.    Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.

14.    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. Inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;

g. Any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or

15.    If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition (subject to approval by NSW Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing). The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
