Nude photos that have Britney Spears fans worried
Britney Spears has posted a series of nude photos on Instagram, leaving fans concerned for her mental health.
The photos show the 40-year-old completely naked, holding her breasts, and include a strategically placed heart emoji.
Nine near-identical full frontal photos of the pregnant star were posted a few days earlier, along with bizarre captions, sparking an outpouring of concern from fans.  
Spears and fiance Sam Asgharher recently announced they were expecting their first child, after getting engaged last September.
In November, a Los Angeles judge dissolved an almost 14-year conservatorship overseen by her father, which Spears said stopped her removing a contraceptive IUD.
The claim prompted outrage from reproductive rights groups and further fuelled the #freebritney movement.
But fans are now questioning whether Spears is coping with her new freedoms.
“Someone who loves and cares about her needs to help her. This isn’t normal.”

The singer has been baring all online since the conservatorship ended, describing how she’s been having “the best sex ever” while pregnant with her third child.
She has candidly addressed her family relationships, and has shared how she’s been finding happiness in “the little things”.
Earlier this year, Spears took a break from her 40.9 million Instagram fans but it didn't last.
“I couldn’t stay away from the gram too long so I’m back already”  
she wrote after about a week offline.
