An Australian man will face court on Wednesday accused of grooming a New Zealand teenager to send him explicit photographs.
An international investigation, which resulted from the NZ Police tipping off the Australian Federal Police, saw the 23-year-old man arrested in early June.
The AFP charged him with using a carriage service to send indecent communications to a person under 16-years-old.
Authorities allege the man posed as a child online to send the girl explicit images and “coerced” her into sending some of her own in reply.

They seized a computer and phone and allegedly linked the man to a social media account used to contact the girl.
“It is disgusting that adults trawl online platforms to try to engage children in sexualised conversations or to send intimate images, and the distress and harm it causes children is irreparable,” AFP Commander Kirsty Schofield said.
“Australian and NZ Police stand together in protecting our young people from this abhorrent crime.”
The man, who was released on police bail, is expected to face Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday.
