Third man charged after off-duty police officers assaulted in Newtown
A third man has been charged over the assault of two off-duty police officers in Newtown last week, which sent both to hospital.

A third man has been charged following the alleged assault of two off-duty police officers in Newtown last week.
Emergency services were called to Enmore Rd shortly after 11pm last Wednesday, where they found a 25-year-old man unconscious on the roadway.
Police were told the injured man and another 25-year-old off-duty officer were allegedly assaulted after speaking with three men.
The second officer sustained facial injuries.
Both officers were treated at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and later released.
A crime scene was established and detectives launched an investigation under Strike Force Rabnor.
Two men, aged 18 and 20, were arrested and charged shortly after the incident and remain before the courts.
As part of ongoing inquiries, a 22-year-old man was arrested at Enmore shortly before 3.30pm on Tuesday.
He was taken to Newtown Police Station and charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the company of others.
The man was refused bail and is due to appear at Newtown Local Court on Wednesday.
