Sydney jeweller and man about town, Mark Judge is set to appear in court on Thursday after being charged with two counts of domestic violence.
Police arrested Judge at his eastern Suburbs home as part of Operation Amarok, targeting alleged domestic violence.
“About 9.30am on October 12, a 43-year-old man was arrested at a home in Vaucluse as part of Operation Amarok IV,’’ police said in a statement.
“He was taken to Waverley Police Station, where he was charged with two counts of common assault (DV),’’ they added.
Judge was refused police bail and appeared at Waverley Local Court on the same day where he was released to appear at the same court on October 26.
The former rebel Bikie associate made headlines when he and the soapie star Jodie Gordon rang police claiming they were under attack by a bikie gang.
Police found Ms Gordon “cowering” inside the apartment where she had been partying with Judge.
Two years later Judge nearly died after being stabbed at least nine times while outside his Bellevue Hill apartment. A man was later acquitted of the attack.
More recently Judge was seen in the company of Francesca Packer, the billionaire James Packer and attended her 26th birthday on Sydney Harbour in 2020.
