A dental practitioner has been charged after he allegedly sexually touched a woman during a job trial at a southern Sydney dental centre.
Police received a report about an alleged incident on Tuesday September 10 and executed a crime scene warrant at a business on Bay St in Rockdale a week later.
A 60-year-old man was arrested and taken to St George Police Station, where he was charged with cause to take intoxicating substance to commit indictable offence and aggravated sexually touch another person.
He was refused bail to appear before Sutherland Local Court on Friday September 20 where he was formally refused bail to appear before Downing Centre Local in November.
