Police seize 3D-printed guns, explosives in NSW gun supply investigation
The massive haul comes after a year-long investigation into the state’s gun supply.

Explosives, stolen cars and 3D-printed submachine guns have been seized by police following a year-long investigation into the state’s gun supply.
Officers raided a home at Woy Woy on Wednesday and found a firearm, ammunition, luxury watches, mobile phones, handcuffs, $20,000 cash and nine stolen vehicles.
A 21-year-old man was arrested, this comes after the arrest of a 38-year-old Georges Hall man on Tuesday.
The older man was arrested after the search of four homes in Georges Hall, Brighton Le-Sands and businesses in Bankstown from 6am on Tuesday.
The 38-year-old man was taken to Bankstown Police Station after being arrested and charged with 37 offences.
He will front Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday.
The 21-year-old man has been taken to Gosford Police Station where he will be questioned by police.
Already this year, and related to this investigation, police seized two 3D-printed submachine guns, three other firearms and 28 sticks of explosives.
The two arrests come after a joint investigation by NSW Police and AFP into the manufacture and supply of prohibited firearms across NSW.
Both NSW Police Detective Superintendent Robert Critchlow and AFP Detective Superintendent Matthew Ciantar will give more detail about the arrests and investigation around 11am on Wednesday.
