A Sydney man accused by police of sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriend, her daughter and her mother is back out on the streets reporting to police daily – and has even found time to become engaged to his new partner while on bail.

Police allege the Campbelltown man, who we cannot name so that his three alleged victims are not identified, sexually attacked the family members in separate incidents after he began his relationship with the ex-girlfriend in 2014.

He was arrested in September 2023 and then granted bail in the NSW Supreme Court, despite prosecutors saying they were worried he could interfere with his alleged victims given they were “mother, daughter and grandmother”.

The man was recently pictured reporting to a police station near Newcastle.

It seems the man has decided to get on with his life despite his serious charges, as a photo recently emerged online of him posing for a photo with his new partner to celebrate their engagement.

A sister of the new partner wrote above the photo of her elation that they were getting married.

She said the man and the new partner were deeply in love and that she was excited about the future for them.

The photos showed the couple happily posing together after the proposal and in one of the shots the man held a sign that read: “She said yes!”

As part of his strict bail conditions, the man must report daily to a police station in the Newcastle area.

He was recently photographed by The Daily Telegraph reporting to the station with his extensive tattoos on full display.

The man, who is being legally represented by high-profile Sydney solicitor Ahmed Dib, is listed to face Campbelltown Local Court for a mention this week.

According to a police fact sheet tendered to court, the ex-girlfriend – who stopped dating the man in 2021 – was planning to send her 10-year-old daughter to spend a night with him in 2023.

But the daughter then alleged she had been sexually abused by him and wrote in a text: “Mum, I have a reason I don’t want to go”.

Police alleged he had forced himself upon her when she had been staying with him in the past.

This claim spurred her mother and her grandmother to also make statements to police alleging they too had been preyed upon.

The ex-girlfriend alleged the man had forced her to have sex with him and that he had “incestuous fantasies”, according to the court documents.

Police also allege the mother was sexually assaulted by him after he worked on her car in 2016.

The man is facing multiple charges, including sexual intercourse without consent.

He is yet to enter any pleas.
