Man charged with stabbing murder in Sefton
A man has been charged with murder over the apparent domestic-related stabbing of an older man in Sydney’s southwest on Saturday.

A man has been charged with murder over the domestic-related stabbing of an older man at a home in Sydney’s southwest on Saturday, police say.
Emergency services found the 63-year-old victim with stab wounds to his neck when they were called to a home in Torrington Ave, Sefton about 4am.
He was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition and later died there.
A 58-year-old man, who knew the victim, was arrested and taken to Bankstown police station.
He was charged with murder and intent to cause grievous bodily harm and refused bail.
He is due to appear in Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.
A crime scene was established at the Sefton home, which was forensically examined.
