A 14-year-old girl from Sydney’s west was allegedly kidnapped, plied with drugs, raped and tortured with a blow torch while being held hostage by a group of men and women earlier this year.

The highly disturbing details of what police allege the teenage girl, who cannot be identified, endured on July 5 and 6 can be revealed by The Daily Telegraph in the wake of one of her alleged attackers being arrested this week.

Elham Naaman, 24, allegedly met the teenager at a party and then added each other on social media.

Police allege that Naaman and the girl discussed partying together again, but when the day came to do so at a hotel in Parramatta things went very differently to how the girl presumably expected.

Over the next 36 hours she would allegedly be detained at the hotel, a Greenacre unit and other locations, and during her ordeal be drugged, sexually and physically assaulted, and intimidated.

At Greenacre it is alleged she was further sexually assaulted and threatened with a blow torch, which at one point was held up to her face – setting the scarf, similar to a hijab, she was wearing alight.

Naaman was arrested on Sunday and hit with several charges – none of them sexual assault-related – over her alleged involvement in orchestrating the girl’s horrific ordeal.

Police allege that on the night of Saturday, July 5 the girl got into a car with Naaman and an unknown man having organised over social media to join them for a party in a room at a Parramatta hotel.

But her older “friends” allegedly had other intentions.

Court documents state the girl was allegedly held against her will and plied with drugs including ice and GHB. Police also allege she was injected with heroin. Naaman’s solicitor Upol Amin said she would defend the charges.
