The father of a woman filmed yelling “f... the Jews” as she walked through a Coogee park said her language was inappropriate but not her message.

A bystander captured the moment Britney, 25, made the comments in front of her seven-year-old nephew and dozens of onlookers on Saturday afternoon.

The video, which was posted in multiple Facebook groups, showed Britney repeatedly say “f--k the Jews”.

Her father Saba told The Daily Telegraph Britney was entitled to her opinion, and didn’t deserve the barrage of online criticism she had copped since.

“Can’t anyone have an opinion against Jews?,” Saba said.

“I’m not OK with the language she used, and look, I probably wouldn’t say it out loud...but that is her opinion.”

The woman had left a family function at the nearby Coogee Pavilion and walked outside to a sea of Palestinian flags erected as part of a pro-Palestine rally.

About 100 protesters had gathered on the beachfront following a convoy of trucks and bikes which made its way through the city’s east, adorned with Palestine flags.

“We are pro-Palestine, but quite frankly I’m against the Jews too for what they’re doing. They’re killing innocent people,” Saba said.

He said the person who filmed his daughter and grandson without their knowledge was in the wrong and should face the full force of the law.

“The school were sent the video, now my daughter has a meeting up there with the police. Shouldn’t the police be finding the stupid dog that filmed a seven-year-old child without my daughter’s knowledge. Pathetic mutt,” he said.

NSW Police last night said the woman in the video had been issued with a $500 fine for using offensive language in public. No charges were laid.
