Alleged gunman charged after shots fired in Western Sydney gym
An alleged gunman dressed as a food delivery driver has been charged after a shooting at a Western Sydney gym.

An alleged gunman has been charged with intent to murder after allegedly shooting at a Sydney gym while dressed as a food delivery driver last month.
Police were called to the gym on Wentworth Ave in Wentworthville about 7.45pm on February 20, after reports that shots were heard at the premises.
Vision of what appeared to be a man on a vespa wearing a high vis vest was released by investigators after the incident, capturing the moments after the man, wearing his motorcycle helmet, walked into a gym in south west Sydney and opened fire.
About 30 people were inside the premises at the time but no one was injured.
Parramatta police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A short time later a vespa believed to have been used in the shooting was found well alight in nearby Fulton Ave.
The matter was referred to State Crime Command’s Raptor Squad under Strike Force Berallier, who arrested a 19-year-old man at a shopping centre at Bankstown on Thursday.
The man was taken to Bankstown Police Station and charged with shoot at with intent to murder and discharge firearm etc intend cause grievous bodily harm.
He was refused bail to appear at Bankstown Local Court on Friday.
Police will allege in court the man was part of a joint criminal enterprise responsible for the shooting.
