Man charged after passenger dies in Picton crash
A 23-year-old man has been charged after a fatal crash where a passenger was thrown from a rolling car in Sydney’s southwest on Sunday.

A man has been charged following a fatal single-vehicle accident in Sydney’s southwest.
A 23-year-old driver has been charged following the death of a man in a car crash at Picton, early on Sunday morning.
The male passenger who died, was in an SUV that left the road and rolled a number of times on Picton Rd, near the intersection of Maldon Bridge Rd, about 4.45am.
NSW Police believe the SUV may have struck a kerb before rolling over.
Paramedics treated the male SUV driver and he was taken to Liverpool Hospital for further assessment and mandatory testing.
The 23-year-old driver has since been charged with aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death- speed >45 over limit, dangerous driving occasioning death-drive speed dangerous, dangerous driving occasioning death-drive manner dangerous and negligent driving (occasioning death).
The man was refused bail and will face Moss Vale Local Court on Monday, April 4.
