Elon Musk has broken his nine-day silence on Twitter.
On Saturday, the Tesla CEO posted a snap of himself with Pope Francis along with his four sons from his first marriage to Justine Wilson, Griffin, Kai, Damian, and Sax.
“Honored [sic] to meet @Pontifex yesterday,” Musk captioned the photo, which showed the Musk men standing beside the Pope wearing suits.
The location and details of the meeting were not specified by the SpaceX boss, while the Vatican did not comment on his private audience with Pope Francis.

Musk’s transgender daughter Vivian, who was named Xavier Alexander Musk at birth, did not attend the trip.
Last month, the 18-year-old announced she wanted to change her name and no longer wants to be related to the billionaire “in any way”.
The businessman was married to Wilson from 2000 until 2008. They had a son, Nevada, in 2002, who tragically died at ten weeks old from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. The couple subsequently had twins – Vivian and her brother Griffin – and triplets named Kai, Saxon and Damian, who are now 16.
Musk also has two children, X Æ A-Xii and Exa Dark Sideræl, with the singer Grimes, with whom he had a relationship from 2018 until recently.
The billionaire has not commented publicly on his daughter’s high-profile name change, although in June he tweeted that “I love all my children”.
In another tweet, the Tesla CEO shared a throwback pic of him and his second ex-wife Talulah Riley in Italy
“Venice, a site of Great Remembrance,” he wrote.

Musk also posted a tribute to Technoblade, a YouTube gamer, who recently died from cancer at age 23.
“Popular Minecraft YouTuber Technoblade with 12 Billion subscribers recently passed away at the age of 23 due to cancer, and this made [me] realize [sic] that cancer is [an] absurd piece of literal garbage and death, but also try to live your best life with people who know,” he tweeted, with a picture of Sonic the Hedgehog.
“They could die the following day, and you would regret not doing things with them.”
