Back-to-back conference titles will be on the line on Thursday, as St Patrick’s, Sutherland, prepare for the SCS basketball conference finals.
The intermediate girls team breezed to the title in 2022, and went on to Sydney Championship glory at the basketball championships, downing Trinity Catholic College, Auburn in the final.
To earn the chance of repeating their success, they will first need to go through Marist Catholic College, Penshurst in Thursday’s conference semi-final.
The conference three basketball finals are part of a massive day of Sydney Catholic Schools Autumn conference finals, with KommunityTV streaming all the action from one field/court from all 13 venues across Sydney.

The intermediate girls team is just one of three teams Marist has in the mix for the conference three finals, with their senior girls and intermediate boys also making it to the semis.
In the senior boys, De La Salle College, Revesby Heights will be set on redemption after they were unable to progress to the championship match last year following their conference finals success.

They’re set to face St John Bosco College, Engadine in the semi-final, while their junior boys team will take on Aquinas Catholic College, Menai.
