Appearing for the third time on our LIVESTREAM over the weekend, the Norths Bears U16 boys team have been crowned Junior Premier League champions after beating Sydney Comets by 29 points.
And in one of the games of the tournament, Sydney Comets needed overtime to see off the challenge of Maitland Mustangs to win the U18 boys title.
Bankstown Bruins - who also appeared three times on our LIVESTREAM - comfortably won the U16 girls title on the back of Jessie-May Hall’s 42 points in the grand final win over Norths.
And Manly confirmed their standing as the best team in the state in the U18 girls with a big win over Norths.

U18 BOYS GRAND FINAL: Sydney Comets 94 Maitland Mustangs 84 (after overtime)
The Sydney Comets pulled off a stunning comeback to win the under 18 boys grand final.
In an engrossing match against the Maitland Mustangs, the Comets were 10 points in arrears at the first break before rallying in the second period to trail by just 36-41 at halftime.
They further reduced their deficit to 61-64 at the third break with the scores locked at 81-81 at the end of regular time.
Overtime saw the Sydney Comets come home strongly to win by 10 points.
U16 BOYS GRAND FINAL: Norths Bears 104 Sydney Comets 75
The under 16 boys grand final was a ripper and while Norths Bears won convincingly, the Sydney Comets played until the last whistle.
The Bears grabbed a 12-point lead after the first period and then built on it to eventually run out 29-point winners.
At halftime they lead by 30 before taking a 31-point jump into the final quarter.
U16 GIRLS SEMIFINAL: Bankstown Bruins 75 Manly 49
The Bankstown Bruins stamped their authority on this crucial match early.
Watched by a good crowd, the Bruins controlled the first half to take a 37-23 jump over the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles into the halftime break.
By three-quarter time they had opened up a 21-point lead over Manly, with their eventual win booking them a spot in their grand final.
