Controversial boxer Ryan Garcia was arrested for felony vandalism at a luxury Beverly Hills hotel Saturday, according to a report.

Garcia, 25, was seen wearing a helmet as police escorted him outside the Waldorf Astoria hotel lobby following an incident in the afternoon, TMZ reported.

BOXING: GOODMAN V WORAWUT | WBC Super Bantamweight World Title Eliminator | WED 10 JULY 7PM AEST | Order Now with Main Event on Kayo Sports.

The boxer “was taken by the BHPD to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment and to our knowledge, may be charged with public intoxication,” Garcia’s attorney told the outlet.

Damage over $400 is considered a felony under California law.

The former WBC interim lightweight champion was also reportedly under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, TMZ reported.

Garcia was led out of the hotel peacefully and without problems.

Authorities reportedly conducted a wellness check on Garcia on Wednesday when a family member expressed their concern for the boxer’s wellbeing.

Police responded to the hotel in the early evening before determining Garcia was fine and no other crime had been committed, a law enforcement source told TMZ at the time.

Garcia was later seen on Rodeo Drive with his brother, Sean, the outlet added.

Garcia who boasts a 25-1 record, was the centre of another scandal after he tested positive for PEDs before his win over Devin Haney in April.

The tests were taken by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association before the fight, but the results weren’t known until after the fight, ESPN reported.

A week later he was cleared of a potential positive drug test for 19-Norandrosterone metabolite after his B-sample was tested, according to Forbes.

In January, Garcia announced the birth of his first son, before breaking the news that he and his supermodel wife were heading for divorce.

“Praise the lord. I am so thankful, I love him so much already. He is so fast already haha. Took him just 8 min to arrive,” Garcia wrote along with a picture of baby Henry.

“As I step into a new chapter in my life, it’s with a heavy heart to share that Drea and I have decided to divorce,” Garcia said in a now-deleted Instagram post shared by TMZ.

Months later, the boxer proposed to adult film star Savannah Bond on a private plane, but the engagement was called off soon after.

Garcia broke the news on the “BS w/ Jake Paul” podcast confirming the two had broken up.

A few days after his April engagement to Bond was revealed, Garcia was seen holding hands with model Grace Boor while on a boardwalk in Miami, according to photos obtained by The Post.
