Savannah Daisley: Wellness guru child sex charges at Manly Local Court
The evidence brief against a horse breeding heiress and wellness guru charged with having sex with a 14-year-old is building, a court has heard.

The case of a horse breeding heiress and wellness guru accused of having sex with a 14-year-old has returned to court.
Double Bay naturopath Savannah Daisley, 45, is fighting four charges of unlawful sex with a teenager. The alleged incident took place in May 2021.
The charges were mentioned at Manly Local Court on Tuesday where the court heard the brief of evidence in relation to the charges was yet to be completed.
The court has previously heard of a phone call in which Daisley allegedly told the 14-year-old to never speak of the alleged incident again.
Daisley spent about a month on remand at Silverwater Correctional Facility before being granted bail in the Supreme Court, after the court heard her mental health was suffering and $100,000 was offered up in surety.
Daisley’s defence lawyer Pierre de Dassel has previously told the court the statement of police facts showed his client was highly intoxicated at the time of the incident charges and that she denied the charges.
The matter was adjourned to return to the same court next month.
In an unrelated matter, an application for an apprehended violence order by NSW Police to stop Daisley from approaching a man was mentioned in court.
At Manly Local Court, a police prosecutor asked for two paragraphs from a subpoenaed document to be set aside. The matter was adjourned by Magistrate Robyn Denes.
Just two weeks ago, the same man agreed to a 12-month apprehended violence order, without admissions, at Hornsby Local Court with Daisley the protected person.
Daisley had previously built a glowing reputation as a wellness guru, branding her core program as “the world’s only gut-focused, premium, organic, practitioner grade detox kit”.
Photos of her 14-day Smart Cleanse kit have been splashed inside health magazines and on the Instagram feeds of her 40,000 followers, many praising her work.
Soon after the allegations came to light, Daisley’s Smart Cleanse Instagram page had already disappeared off the internet.
Daisley is also the daughter of renowned horse breeder Ross Daisley. Mr Daisley bred and sold champion sprinter and sire Choisir.
