An Ashmont man has admitted selling ice and cannabis in Narrandera - on the outskirts of Wagga.
Gavin John Lenon, 40, pleaded guilty to knowingly taking part in the supply of a prohibited drug, namely ice, and a count of knowingly taking part in the supply of prohibited drug, namely cannabis, in Wagga District Court on Wednesday.
Lenon was represented by John Weir in court on October 20, where he pleaded guilty to supplying 140 grams of methamphetamine in November 2020, in Narrandera.
He was also charged with knowingly taking part in the supply of 3.6kg of cannabis, to which he pleaded guilty.
The court heard that the crown withdrew seven charges that were brought against the Ashmont man.
Among the seven charges withdrawn were five counts of taking part in the supply of a prohibited drug, one count of supplying prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis and one count of participating in a criminal group and contributing to illegal activity.
Lennon will appear via video link at Wagga District Court on November 19 to set a hearing date.
