South Nowra: Police search for ute involved in daytime hit and run
An 18-year-old man has been killed in a daytime hit and run in South Nowra. Police have called for witnesses in their search for a ute they believe was involved in the fatal incident.

An 18-year-old man has died after a daytime hit and run in South Nowra.
Emergency services responded to reports of a man being hit by a ute on Old Southern Rd at about 3pm on Thursday.
When NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived, the man was being assisted by passing motorists at the scene.
The man was taken by paramedics to Shoalhaven District Hospital where he died a short time later.
Detectives from the South Coast Police District are now investigating the incident after officers established a crime scene on Thursday.
They were told a white Mitsubishi Triton had been seen driving towards the man immediately before he was found injured.
The ute is believed to have then continued north onto Greenwell Point Rd after the incident.
