The younger man was charged with possess prohibited drug and firearm found at premises – subject to prohibition order. He was granted strict conditional bail and is due to appear in Nowra Local Court next month.
The older man was charged with larceny.
South Coast police commander, Superintendent Greg Moore, said police would not tolerate criminal behaviour.
“Today’s operational activity formed part of ongoing targeting and disruption of criminal networks on the South Coast,” Supt Moore said.
“We will not tolerate this kind of behaviour in our South Coast community. We will continue to target those who choose to engage in this kind of criminal activity and rest assured they will face the full brunt of the law.”
Superintendent Moore stressed that any information about criminal activity in the area is extremely valuable.
“We rely on the community to be our eyes and ears on the street, and if you have any information that could help with our investigation – we want to speak to you,” he said.
