A Jervis Bay man charged with allegedly making and disseminating child abuse material from his iPhone for more than a year has fronted a South Coast court.
Dyson Hogan appeared before Nowra Local Court on Tuesday where he faced eight separate charges relating to both possessing and producing child abuse material.
The 21-year-old was charged by police earlier this year with possessing, producing and disseminating child abuse material, as well as using a carriage service to possess, transmit, access and solicit child abuse material.
Police allege Hogan used a iPhone on a Telstra network to gain access to the material from September 2020 and November 2021 while residing at a property in St Georges Basin.
He will reappear before Nowra Local Court on September 27.
