The legal team of a man who allegedly stormed Club Delmeny armed with a gun has all contracted Covid, a court has heard.
Daniel Landini, 41, appeared before Batemans Bay Court on Monday when the matter was adjourned because of the health issues.
Mr Landini is alleged to have broken into the club on June 15, while armed with a firearm.
According to court documents, Landini broke into the Ruth Place property, near Big Niles Brewery, about 7pm.
From there, it is alleged the Dalmeny man attacked someone and stole their Holden Trax ute.
Mr Landini first appeared before Batemans Bay Court in June and has since been granted bail.
The Dalmeny man is charged with aggravated breaking and enter with a weapon, stealing a motorvehcile, assault with intent to rob, and intimidation.
On December 20, he pleaded guilty to an additional charge of possessing a prohibited drug for which he was convicted and fined $600, court documents say.
A case conference was scheduled for November to resolve negotiations between the prosecution and Landini’s defence team, but was aborted because of Covid.
The matter will return to the court in April.
