Hassan Ahmad Alrefai granted bail; police allege he sexual touched an 11-year-old at Marketown
A man accused of sexually touching an 11-year-old girl at Newcastle’s Marketown shopping centre has been granted bail and ordered not to enter Newcastle.

A man charged with allegedly sexually touching an 11-year-old child at a Newcastle shopping centre has been ordered not to enter Newcastle as part of his strict bail conditions.
Hassan Ahmad Alrefai, 49, fronted Penrith Local Court on Thursday and was granted bail before his matter was adjourned until next month.
The young girl was with a family member at Woolworths at about 2.20pm on Monday when police allege the 49-year-old sexually touched her whilst inside the store, before fleeing.
Police were called and following an investigation, Mr Hassan attended St Mary’s Police Station and was placed under arrest.
He was charged with intentional sexual touching of a child.
