In the midst of the COVID-19 lockdown in NSW, a Cameron Park woman allegedly crashed her car before fleeing from the scene.
Amanda Robyn Davies, 34, is accused of smashing into a set of traffic lights on the intersection of Main Rd and Glendale Dr at Glendale about 10pm on April 8.
Police allege Davies then ran from the scene and was found by Lake Macquarie Police a short time later before being arrested.
Police further allege Davies then refused a breath test.
Davies has pleaded not guilty to all charges which include negligent driving; refuse to submit a breath test and refuse to submit a breath analysis prior offence.
She was also among 28 people charged that day under the coronavirus public health restrictions act for not giving a good reason for being outside.
Davies briefly appeared at Toronto Local Court on Tuesday, where her lawyer Kenneth Wilks told the court a brief of evidence had been served.
The matter was adjourned for later this month.
