Seven-year-old boy critical after falling from Bankstown apartment

A seven-year-old boy is fighting for life after he fell three-storeys from a window of a unit in Bankstown last night.

A seven-year-old boy is fighting for life after he fell three-storeys from a window of a unit in Bankstown last night.

Family members rushed the boy to hospital about 7.20pm after he reportedly fell from the bedroom window of a third-floor unit on Chapel Road.

Her was rushed to Bankstown Hospital with critical head injuries but was then later conveyed to Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick.

He remains there in a critical condition.

Detectives from Bankstown are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
