Third person arrested over solicitor Ho Ledinh’s brazen killing in Bankstown cafe
A third person has been arrested in connection with the brazen killing of solicitor Ho Ledinh in Bankstown last year.

Police have arrested a third person in connection with the murder of solicitor Ho Ledinh at a Bankstown cafe in January 2018.
Police arrested a 34-year-old man at a home in Leppington about 7am today.
“He was taken to Narellan Police Station where he is assisting police with their inquiries,” police said.
A 38-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman, who were charged by Strike Force Eugene investigators in February and March 2018, remain before the courts.
Mr Ledinh, 65, was shot while sitting at Bankstown’s Happy Cup cafe about 3.35pm on January 23, 2018.
Despite the efforts of police, NSW Ambulance Paramedics and members of the community, Mr Ledinh died at the scene.
Detectives from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad, and Bankstown Police Area Command, established Strike Force Eugene to investigate the shooting.
Investigations under Strike Force Eugene are continuing.
