Man arrested after allegedly masturbating while looking at a woman in a Bankstown store
A man, who allegedly walked into a store at Bankstown Central and masturbated while looking at a woman, has been arrested.
A MAN, who allegedly walked into a store at Bankstown Central and masturbated while looking at a woman, has been arrested two days later.
Bankstown Police said at 4pm on Monday, February 11, a 33-year-old Bankstown male walked into a store at Bankstown Central and masturbated while looking at a female victim.
The shopkeeper phoned the police and the man then left the store.
“Police commenced an investigation and a 33 year-old-male was identified and arrested on February 13,” a Bankstown police spokeswoman said.
“He was charged with carry out sexual act without consent.”
He was bail refused to appear before Bankstown Local Court on Thursday, February 21.
ASSAULT OVER A CHICKEN WING
Meanwhile, a man, who was refused a chicken wing by a patron at an outlet in Bankstown City Plaza, allegedly assaulted the man on Tuesday, January 29 at 12.50pm.
Police said one man was eating chicken wings that he had purchased and did not want to give any to the other person who approached by the POI.
Bankstown Police said on Saturday, February 9, the 26-year-old Georges Hall male was arrested at Bankstown City Plaza in relation to the alleged assault.
IN OTHER NEWS
He was charged with reckless grievous bodily harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He was bail refused to attend Bankstown Local Court on Wednesday, February 27.
