A man is accused of leading the Raptor Squad on a wild chase throughout Sydney’s southwest after he was allegedly spotted driving dangerously overnight.

A man is accused of leading the Raptor Squad on a wild chase throughout Sydney’s southwest after he was allegedly driving dangerously overnight.
Raptor Squad officers were patrolling the Greenacre area before they found a Toyota Corolla driving on Sunday at 8.15pm.
Police will allege when the driver failed to stop the vehicle a pursuit was launched for several minutes before it was terminated on Maiden St because of safety concerns.
Following inquiries, police arrested the 24-year-old driver at a home on Valencia St, Greenacre, after police found the vehicle in the driveway.
He was taken to Bankstown police station where he was charged with police pursuit – not stop – drive dangerously, drive recklessly/furiously and breach of bail.
The man was refused bail to appear before Bankstown Court on Monday.
