A woman may have been caught white-handed after police allegedly saw her partner snort cocaine off her fingertip in Sydney’s south last weekend.
Police were stopped at a red light on the Kingsway in Cronulla at 10.15pm on October 6 when they noticed the woman with a man about three metres from their vehicle.
Officers allege the woman reached into her handbag and withdrew it with a white powdery substance on her fingernail.
The woman allegedly held her finger up to the man’s nose and he inhaled it.
The 23-year-old woman was approached by police, who searched her handbag and allegedly uncovered a resealable bag of white powder believed to be cocaine.
The woman was charged with prohibited drug possession and will face Sutherland Local Court on November 1.
